Hi, I have a Seagate Backup Plus Desktop Drive that I use each night to back up my server (using BackUp Assist software) and every night after all the back ups finish, it powers down! Any suggestions?

It's probably a "turn off when idle"setting in the Seagate software, designed to reduce unnecessary wear-and-tear on the drive.
Check the settings in the Seagate drive management software.
