most of time when i start the computer I can not enter the Seagate 1TB Desktop SSHD Folders using File Explorer

when i try to enter any folder in this SSHD the folder freeze and I get (Not Responding) I use (End Task) to Kill it and try it again and always in the second time the SSHD works ok

Hey there, sonah!

I'd recommend you backup the data from the SSHD somewhere else before you proceed with the troubleshooting! Afterwards, it's probably best to download the SSHD brand-specific diagnostic tool and test the drive's health and SMART status. The low performance could be caused by inefficient power supply, so I'd suggest you try connecting the drive using a different SATA cable and on a different SATA port on the motherboard.

I'd also check if you have the latest drivers for the SATA controller and chipset from the motherboard manufacturer's website.

Hope it helps. Good luck!
