My PC configuration:

Motherboard: ASUS H97-PRO
CPU: Core i5 4690
GPU: ASUS STRIX RADEON R9 390
PSU: Chieftec GPM-750S 750W
RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY 2x4GB HX316C10FR/4
Kingston SH103S3 240 GB
HDD: Seagate ST2000DM001
OS: Windows 7 64bit

I had Radeon 5870 and everything was working fine but fan noise was getting really high lately. As GPU was old and summer is coming soon I decided to open the Graphic Card so I can clean it and remove the dust. I already did this 3 years ago when I had problems with same GPU (was solved back then). I cleaned the card and reapplied Thermal compound. I used Artic MX-2. After 2 days GPU died. It started by freezing in Heroes of the storm after 1 hour of playing. Screen would go black and fans would work at 100% speed. It got progressively worse and after 4-5 hours I could not start PC at all. While faulty GPU was still connected I was able to turn on PC using integrated CPU graphics. I tried to use 2nd PCI-E slot with no success.

So I had to replace the Graphic Card and I bought R9 390. My original plan was to wait for AMD Polaris :(. In old configuration I was using Thermaltake Toughpower 600w PSU. With new card system was not stable it would turn off while I play Heroes of the storm. Motherboards feature "Anti surge protection" would turn off PC. PC would restart and the BIOS screen was popings up with the message: "power supply surges detected during the previous power on. Asus anti-surge was triggered to protect system from unstable power supply". It was strange for me that I had this problem only in HOTS. I could still play Battlefield 4 (more graphically intense game) for hours with no problems. I disabled anti-surge protection for 2 days. I played HOTS with no problems for 2 days but PC stopped responding 2 times. Once during video playback on HBOGO and 2nd time somewhere in the middle of the night while PC was idle. I decided to turn anti-surge protection ON and buy new PSU.

Now I am using new PSU for 2 days. Anti-Surge protection does not turn off PC anymore. Yesterday when I restarted PC it stopped responding on Windows loading screen. I had to restart again and everything was fine. Today, I was connected to PC remotely using teamviewer. I lost connection to PC and called my wife to check if PC is working. She said it stopped responding. Screen was black, fans where on their normal speed and keyboard was not responding also. She restarted PC, she could hear beep sound after POST but screen remained black and PC would not turn on. I instructed her to remove power cord from PC and not use it until I come back home.

When I came back PC turned on just fine. I am currently testing RAM using Memtest86+ v 5.01. One Pass is finished with no errors reported. It was running for 1 hour 13 minutes in total so far.

Can you please help me understand what the hell is going on here?

After 8 hours of running MemTest did not report any errors. I stress tested with FurMark, Prime95 and OCCT for about 1 hour each and everything was fine. I did not have any problems for 2 days now.
