How long do Samsungs Survive?

Hello, I've been planning to buy a used S5 for my daily driver. Now since it's been officially released in 2014 it would be 2 years old now, how long should I expect it to live? I need it to last 3 more years (I don't need bleeding edge tech)

Seeing as it's a quad core with 2gb of RAM and a nice display, no reason it won't go another two years. I have an LG G3 and have no plans on replacing it any time soon.

That is the great thing about the S5, the battery is easily replaceable. The S5 is water resistant and with a case to protect it some it should last several more years. I purchased an S5 the week after it became available and I expect to keep it for a couple more years.
