PC Mate tend to be built down to a price, so I'd go for something better, especially when it comes to a Z97 chipset.

I assume you'll be overclocking the CPU?

Didnt realise that was for intel cpu's as i am going to be using an amd cpu. What about this for an amd cpu mobo https://www.amazon.co.uk/Asrock-Socket-Extreme4-5200MT-Motherboard/dp/B0058HUQJ0?ie=UTF8&tag=pcp0f-21 and i do plan to over clock in the future

It should overclock a 95 watt processor fairly well but not a 125 watt processor most of the 970 chipsets have overheating issues over 125 watts.
