Like my Topic states I'm Having quite a problem, I built myself a Rig a while ago and the New PC felt Faster than my Old Dell Optiplex 330 (My First Gaming Conversion  ) I did notice that it was Slower than I Imagined it would be but a Friend Mentioned to Me that My Graphics Card is Causing a Bottleneck, I've been using My Rig for Gaming since for like a Year Now and Decided to seek Help.. My Friend has a Dual Core E6300 with a GeForce GT430 and 2Gb (Office looking) Ram and Runs Games Smoother than my Build that Costed 10 Times .. I can't even Play Skyrim on Ultra without Brutal Frame Drop, and Space Engineers on Lowest run at 10 - 14 fps, I Spent quite alot of Money on my Build and Don't Feel the "Price = Value" when Gaming

My Build
CPU - Intel Core i7-4770k,
GPU - ASUS GeForce GT 630,
RAM - 8Gb G.Skill Trident X (2x4Gb 2400Mhz),
Mobo - MSI Gaming 5

Also what I'd like to Add is that when Completely Shutting Down my PC and then Booting it Up Again it takes minimum 10 minutes to boot back up to my Desktop the moment I'm able to right-click and Press that all so Satisfying Refresh (Whip - tish!)..

Oh and My Idle Ram is at +/- 2.6Gb and when viewing processes to Check what uses the Most Memory, The Largest is svhost.exe using 208,816k .. 208Mb.. then 2nd my explorer.exe using 75mb.. When Checking all of 'em It would'nt add up to the Usage..

Please if anyone has some Help I'd Appreciate it Alot!

Checked (Feels Like) All Google links Related to My Problem but Nothing Seems to Relate, I've seen a Post where the Guy has 2 Anti Virusses Running but I only have Avast which is quite chilled, uses like 25Mb Ram so Just Eliminating that..

Will Removing the Graphics Card and Running on my CPU's onboard Graphics be a Better Solution until I can Afford a better GPU?

It's onboard is Intel HD 4600

Ok did some Research and they are almost the Same Performance wise.. Thx for Pointing out Bottleneck.. I was Afraid of that..
