So lately I've been having some issues with my computer while gaming and even while watching movies.
Here are my components:
CPU: Intel i5-4690 Box Haswell, I have installed HYPER 212 EVO
PSU: Corsair CS650M
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760, 2 GB - I bought it overclocked
RAM: KINGSTON HyperX Fury 8gb 1600MHz DDR3
MB: GIGABYTE GA-H97-HD3
I'm not sure what component is making this problem.
I did some stress tests:
memtest86 , my RAM passed all the tests
AIDA64, my CPU temps were around 60 degrees on full load
Furmark- this is where it gets strange when I did stress test system crashed after 14min. temps seemd ok around 75 degrees and fan speed was around 60%. Second stress test lasted only about 8min temps were again around 75 degrees but fan speed was 90%. So I sent the card on a warranty where they checked it. They said they made 2x 8 hour 3DMark extreme test, Madshaders 8 hour test and 1 hour Furmark test.
While this company had my GPU I used my integrated GPU Intel HD Graphics 4600. While gaming and watching movies I did not get any carsh.
Today I got my GPU back and I tested it on Furmark again and it worked I left it on for about 2hours. After it was runing for about 14min I decided to test my CPU aswell so I could see if it is a PSU problem. Both CPU and GPU were on 100% load with good temps and they system did not crash.
I tought it might have been some dust or somthing. I decided to go play a game and after 15min my computer froze.
I checked event viewer and it says there has been an error ID 41, kernal-power.
I'm not sure what to do or how to test my PSU.
