No Signal on TV replaced main board

I recently replaced the main board on my Insignia NS-48D510NA15 because a chip on the board at the HDMI output blew up and would not allow the tv to power on. After replacing the board the TV will power on but i cannot seem to get a signal from Cable/PC could really use some help!
