MSI Z170A M5 Debug codes

I have recently bought a new computer. Im experiencing multiple problems.

My MSI Z170A M5 gaming is showing the error codes 22 and 23.

I cannot seem to get my speakers to connect, i have tried all the audio jacks.

My NetComm NP504 Powerline adapter refuses to connect to my computer thought it does work with my old computer.

System specs
CPU - Intel i5-6600k
MOBO - MSO Z170A M5 Gaming
GPU - Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980Ti
RAM - Kingston Fury 16GB DDR4 2400
PSU - EVGA G2 750W
Storage - Samsung Evo 840 250GB
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

1| Please make sure your BIOS is up to date, while the same goes for your chipset and audio drivers. I'd suggest installing your any and/or all drivers in an elevated command:
Right click installer>Run as Administrator
2| Are you sure you're interpreting the error codes correctly, you manual doesn't state the two digits numbers you just used up there. There is however an error code 32.
3| The Killer Ethernet port is a little too nitpicky but you should try and install the latest drivers available on MSI's site.

In the manuel it says once it goes into full boot it reads the cpu temps. There is not code 22 and 23. I have the same motherboard and it does it also. I also panicked the same
