So I've had an SD card in my Samsung S4 for a few months now. One day, while the SD card was still in the phone it said "SD Card removed unexpectedly" and then now whenever I put the SD card back in the slot, remove it, put it back in, restart the phone, blow on the connectors, whatever, nothing fixes it. The card is not recognised in my PC that I built or my laptop

wat is the file format showing when u connect to pc???
unmount it from ur storage settings and do a hard reboot with the card out...
