sound in my cpu

my cpu is not accepting the sound system and the option on my screen of volume is signed with red x if im clicking it its detecting the sound problem but after detecting it is appearing that hardware changes might not have been detected what should i do ....?

I think a driver re-install would solve your problem. Go to the manufacturer of the sound card's website (if it still exists) and search for the latest drivers for your specific sound card. hope this helps
