I'm trying to decide between the ASUS Z170-A LGA1151 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132566) and the ASUS TOG MAXIMUS VIII HERO LGA1151 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132565). Both work for the pc I want to build but I can't tell if one is better than the other. I'm going to be running some lightweight number crunching software like Mathematica/MATLAB/Maple and some games like Dark Souls III and Battlefield 4 if that helps give you an idea of what I'm looking for.
