cant run my r9 280x and 390x installed at the same time

I have been mining with my Sapphire r9 280x toxic and things are going well so i decided to get a Msi r9 390x and i keep getting a blue screen and my computer keeps crashing, i am not running crossfire i am mining, but the r9 390x runs perfect by itself and so does the 280x

i had 15.12 drivers installed for the the 280x and now i have 16.5.1 installed for the 390x

i also have a 1000w psu which is enough as far as i know

any help would be awesome

remove all drivers then install the catalyst drivers for the 280x and crimson for the 390x (also try switching orders if that dosnt work)
