Depends on your criteria, whether you want push/pull, the best cooling regardless of noise, the best noise

erformance etc....

basically best performing that are also quiet (ish) i have a kraken x61, but the fans at full whack are loud.

I'd go for Corsair SP 140 PWM Quiet Edition, they're not cheap though.

Suppose I'm a bit biased based on looks lol, but yeah, the NF A14 PWM, NF-P14s redux-1500 PWM and NF-P14s redux-1200 PWM are good too.

The only problem with the corsair 140mm LED fans is that they only do non-PWM, you'll still be able to control then, but you won't have as much control.

They'll still be good! You could hook them up to a fan controller and control them that way or just make a custom fan curve in your BIOS.
