Can anybody maybe help me with the following problem?
I overclocked my gpu with msi afterburner and afterwards i downclocked it back to stock speeds because it wasn't running good with the game rise of the tombraider, and now my iddle temps are stuck at 55c and before the overclock it was sitting around the 38c.
Did i ruin something and does anybody knows how to get it back to the 38c?

It crashed in game only with rise of the tombraider, i looked it up on the steam forum and there was explained that it was a patch problem and that more people have problems specifically with this game with an overclocked gpu. Other games like shadow of mordor or far cry 4 and even a synthetic benchmark like Valley benchmark run very smooth with it and without any artifacts.

Hm strange, well you didn't do any damage which is good, as to why the temp won't go down there is no reason it should not. When you game does it get too hot or is it fine, how about overclocked?

Very strange indeed, when i game it runs up to around 75c with the fan pointed at it from the side so it doenst overheat or something. I set a fan curve for the gpu also with msi afterburner so it's always turning for cooling so that isn't a problem either. I didn't overclocked it again because i'm afraid i would damage it that way lol
