Hello.
I`ve used this site several times for some very good information, and now I am in-need of help.
New build Asus Z97-K(csm) was thought complete when a reboot resulted in a power-up with nothing more.
The build:
Asus Z97-K mobo .. new.
i5 4670K CPU ..new
Corsair Vengeance (CMY8GX3M2A2400C11R) 16Gb 4X4 ..new
Evga GeForce GTX 970 SC (4Gb) .. new
Rosewill 700w semi-modular PSU .. new
Samsung DVD/CD RW drive .. new
Corsair Neutron Series XT SSD 240Gb .. new
Tosiba 1Tb 7200rpm drive .. used - tested good.

I`m sitting here after unplugged everything, and re installing the cpu .. with a PC that powers-up, but will not post. It beeped when I took out the ram. Replaced it one atma time, and nothing ..yet.
Please help.
Thanks so much you all for the past help, and maybe this one too.

Thank you for the prompt reply "alexiou".
Tried direct connect to the video output on the motherboard - nothing.
Swapped cards, even changed cables.
As for an updated bios, yes it was done early on during set up.
Heck it even benched at some pretty high numbers unclocked.
I'm just at a standstill with this.
I've reset the bios with the jumper, and like I mentioned powers on just fine, just doesn't want to post anything. No beeps - nada.
Hmm?
Regards
Keith

Thank you folks!
(Sorry about getting back after so long. I was out of town on family biz.)
VGA error?
Please explain.
As indicated in my original plead for help, I installed a new Egva GeForce GTX 970, and it was working fine until I rebooted it per update (WIN 7 Pro 64bit).
I have used the reset jumper, taken out the CMOS battery, and removed everything "plugged into" this board.
When I removed the memory modules it beeped 1 long and 2 short beeps. Tried different memory, and even tried to use the video on board. Nothing.

I just did, and nothing. No post beep - however, when I powered off it beeped (more like a weak chirp) once.
Having bought the board over a month ago (eBay Newegg), I cannot return it.
Ideas? Short of replacing it, I hope there's something I can do.
Again thanks.
