New PC boots into BIOS by default, SSD can be selected to boot

Just put together a new PC, and all is going well except one little thing.

When I boot the PC it goes to the Asus screen and stays for a second or 2, then goes to the American Megatrends screen, then says press F1 to enter setup. It stays on that screen unless F1 is pressed, which takes me to the BIOS. I can then select the SSD from my boot devices, and it starts Windows. How can I make it so it auto boots to the SSD?

Also 1 more thing, on the American Megatrends screen it says there's an error detected with my CPU fan, that it may not be plugged in right on the CPU_FAN header (It is.) The fans are running fine and so is the cooler, should I worry about this at all?

My specs if needed:
Asus Z170-A
i5 6600k
16GB Corsair Vengeance @2133 MHz
GTX 980
Kraken x61
Antec 750M-HCG
Sandisk SSD Plus 120GB + 3TB WD Blue

Solution
For the fan error, try setting in BIOS the Minimum CPU_Fan speed to 200, or Ignore.
For the SSD, I'd try updating the BIOS, if newer version available, or testing different SATA port.
