This will be my first computer to custom liquid cool and I want to do it right! So I figured why not ask the helpful people at Toms Hardware 
. I have a Micro center nearby and I want to get this thing completely cooled by the end of this weekend (Hopefully). I am getting ridiculous temps on this computer and I've stopped using it at this point. Intel just fails at stock cooling I mean my cpu hits 100c when i do certain benchmarks which is insane. idle it is around 70 and I have Mx4 thermal paste on it as well. Anyway I just want to learn how to Custom water cool. I don't want to spend a whole bunch of money I just need it to cool sufficiently. I can even ghetto rig if i need to.
What I would like to do:
Keep Cpu temps under 75 even while under load (Liquid Cooled)
Keep Gpu temps under 80 even while under load (Liquid Cooled)
Stay within budget which is about 100
Make it look reasonably cool
Kinda quiet (I have loads of fans)

Gigabyte X58A-UD3R
Gtx 660 SuperClocked
Some generic 8gb of ram
Corsair Hx 850w
Corsair 300r case
