No display after installing new CPU cooler

Hey guys

I just bought CM Hyper 212 plus cooler, after installing it no display from my computer
Fan of CPU, GPU are running
Every thing is turned on, no beep or something but still no display
Then I install the stock Intel hsf, but again the same situation
Before installing cm hyper everything was fine
Any suggestions..?
My system specs are
i3 2120
Asus P8h61
Kingston 8gb
Hd7790
Antec TP650
HDD 320GB

OK I checked the CPU
Remove it and seated it again
Then put the stock cooler and display comes
Then I install hyper cooler and everything was going fine
The idle temps were 30 to 35, I decided to do some stress test on CPU
But suddenly something weird happened
There were red and white and green strips all over the screen vertically and horizontally and system hang
I thought it would be a display problem ( I pull off my gpu meanwhile)
I put my GPU and again no display and system power on and off again and again
Pull off my GPU but again same condition
Just after sometime power on off issue gone but still no display
