I have a preinstalled fan system in my case which requires a molex connector and I dont want mess with the maze of wires. In the new power supply I was going to buy, there is no molex connector, but it has plenty of sata. I was wondering if it would be fine to power the 4 fans using a sata to molex converter? I cant find the wattage, but I assume it wasnt over the max wattage for a molex. Would the sata to molex converter provide equivalent power as a normal molex?
