Autochk not found when Windows 7 starts up

So I am about to give up, first my hdd would show me BSOD and turn of, then it kept showing me a black screen with a mouse cursor on it, then when I started up with another hdd I didn't have the permission to enter this one, and now after I finally managed to recover my files, trying to start it up leads to an error that says "autochk not found". I honestly don't know whats wrong now. I've used the windows 7 disk to try and repair it but that didn't work. I looked into the system32 file and I can clearly see the autochk file so I do not know what is wrong.

It sounds like it might be time to save your data and restore to factory settings. First though here're a couple of things you can try:
1) Start an administrator command prompt and issue this command: sfc /scannow .
2) Download MalwareBytes and do a scan.
I assume you don't have a full system backup. If this happened, I'd restore from my most recent one. If you don't have one, you should consider this a learning experience. This is just one of many reasons why you need to make them.

Good luck.

Do I start the admin command prompt in my windows 10 system and it will scan my windows 7 hdd?And you see I've actually made backup points but it doesn't seem to see them.
