As an added third option, There is an "Open Box" 990FX Sabretooth for $143.99. In the end, no matter which one I go with will be reduced $40 on top of the prices I have listed here due to bundle savings. Any advice is well appreciated. Thanks.

I myself don't do open box, most re/e-tailers don't have a staff to really check a mobo and ensure all is OK - also at places like the Egg, you might not get all the extras like the rear plate, cables, manual, etc
