Question about upgrading Gpu.

So the new cards are coming out. Are any of the decent cards(amd or nvidia) going to be in a price range of $150-$200. And if the 960, 970 or 980 drop prices how much would they cost after the drops?

The only cards that have been announced are the 1070 and 1080 and neither is in that price range. I have no idea if or when prices on older cards will dropped.
