Random Restart on long idle while sleeping

CPU : Intel i5 4590
Motherboard : ECS H81H3-M4
Memory : 2x4gb Gskill Ripjaws 1333mhz
GPU : Nvidia GTX 960
PSU : Corsair VS450
OS Drive : Seagate Barracuda 1TB

I have been sleeping well lately only to find out that my computer restarts while im asleep.
Tried doing memtest on both my sticks since the BSODs seems to be blaming it on memory but got no errors.

Any idea how can i fix it ?

Hi tradesman, yes i have been monitoring temps and bios/mobo drivers are up to date.
Got no bsod last night after updating nvdia drivers from 364.72 to the latest version.
Will leave thr computer on overnight again to verify the problem has been solved by updating nvidia driver
