So my mom "accidentally" spilled a galon of water and it reached the bottom of my laptop. I disassembled it and saw water in the HDD compartment and the HDD itself. The BIOS setup keeps popping even when I press escape or Save and exit it always returns to it. Is my laptop dead or i just need to replace my HDD?

Laptop's BIOS keeps popping and can't escape(wet laptop)

If it's just the hard drive, you should be able to boot from a disc or bootable flash drive. I use Linux Mint on a USB 3 flash drive and on a DVD, but there are other things like a Windows install disc you could try. If you can boot from something on a CD, DVD, or flash drive, then replacing the hard drive would be all you'd need. I have to tell you though that computers and water don't coexist very well. :-(
