Can I play dota 2 using these parts? Newbie here.

Intel core i3 540 @ 3.07 ghz. (I will try overclocking it. What are the pros and cons of overclocking my cpu?)
Asus GT 730 2 gb ddr3 128-bit
Zeppelin 4 gb ddr3 pc 1333
Windows 7 ultimate 32-bit

After some time, if I've got enough money, I will be installing windows 7 64-bit and add some more ram. Will it help?

Dota 2 is not a hard game to run, those parts should be able to do it, not sure if you can max it out, but at least medium settings. As for over clocking a CPU,

Pros- Better performance
- can often be a fun thing to do
Cons- Higher Temps
- Lower lifespan (read other thoughts for more info)

Other thoughts- You will need an after market cooler, whether this is a pro or con for you i don't know. its a pro for me cause they look better, and
they are pretty cheap, you can pick up a Hyper 212 Evo or like $30

- As i said, it will decrease the life span of your processor, but as long as you keep your temps in check and do it right you will be fine.
