You have an overclockable motherboard and liquid cooling for your CPU yet, the CPU you chose is not overclockable. Plus the CPU is 2 generations behind. The current one is the i7-6700k.

The GPU is a generation behind, the current one would be the R9 390, but there are new GPU's on the horizon, so if you can wait, I suggest doing that.

The storage drive you have is slow and would be better off with a 7200rpm drive.
