Picture reference, directly after it happened (Sorry for the mess): http://i.imgur.com/Dj5Jfl8.jpg?1

Every now and then, for about a month or so, my R9 290 Vapor X's screen would go blank and then several seconds after that, my Onboard Graphics Card would mess up as well (Shown in the included picture.)

The second time it happened, I turned off my computer and cleaned it up. Until now, it hadn't happened again, so I though I was in the clear. However, today it happened twice, the second time almost directly after I turned my computer back on and loading up Chrome and Steam.

Sorry if this doesn't apply to the graphics card exactly, I don't know where else I'd put it besides
Monitors, maybe.

I do not understand how this works in the first place... When you install a graphics card, I thought BIOS automatically disabled onboard graphics to prevent this kind of problem. Please only use the graphics card. If you need to use the onboard graphics, then remove the graphics card.

Also, please explore your BIOS and disable onboard graphics, IDK why that wasn't done automatically but it's likely the source of the problem.

PCs don't like it when you try to get a display from an onboard device, while at the same time trying to get a display from a dedicated graphics adapter.

I don't know why this would be occurring now. For the past couple years I have been using two, or even three monitors using both the onboard card as well as a separate one too and it has never given me this kind of trouble before.
