Hey guys. I just installed the new AMD drivers for my GPU

after the installation I tried to open up the program. but nothing would pop up on my screen.

I've tried reinstalling but nothing seems to be fixing it it

GPU: 390x
OS: Win 10

Solution
Try downloading DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html . Then reboot into Safe Mode and uninstall the drivers, then reboot again into Safe Mode.

At that point, disconnect from the Internet and uninstall the Display Adapter through Device Manager, then navigate to the root of your boot drive (likely C:\) and delete the folder AMD (likely C:\AMD\), then reboot normally (not Safe Mode).

Then get Piriform CCleaner https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download and run the Registry Scanner and fix all problems, say yes to back up the registry just in case (put it somewhere you'll remember). Then restart and attempt to install the drivers.
