Over heating issues CPU and GPU

Hello. I have Core i5 3450 and GPU AMD HD 7770. At idle browsing my processor temperature reaches around 50 deg C and GPU temp is around 45 deg C.

While playing games, the temperature shoots up to 75 deg of CPU while GPU reaches 85 deg C.

I have changed the thermal paste on CPU but still the same result. Can someone guide

You need some more than that. At least one at the front of case to draw air in and an exhaust at the back of case to blow out. Fans on PSU are enough only to cool itself.

how do i check rpm of the fan? one main fan ie of the fin the rpm is around 2000.

The remaining 2 exhaust fans run directly thru power supply. dont know their rpm
