I got my pc about 5-6 months ago and have been using the stock cooling fan for my amd fx 8320. I have noticed how ridiculously loud the cooling fan is and how rubbish of a job its doing keeping my cpu cool so i need a new one. My budget is around £30 and I want a quiet, good fan for my cpu (or at least the best i can get for that price). By the way i'm not overclocking.
