Hello, the last things i need to know, so i was asking the community yesterday about some things in my upgrade build about Mobo, and CPU and sort of things, and i get lot of answers ... so i decided to buy i5 Procesor, but

The last thing i need to decide wich one will do better in gaming, i dont want to Overclock..

1) i5-4590 its for 211€ / 240$
or
2) i5-4690 and 230€ / 262$

EDIT: How strong PSU does i need? because i dont have right now..

is there really big diference i already look up on YouTube and other`s tomshardware topics about these procesors and im on 50/50 right now.
Also does this "Asrock H97 Pro4" Motherboard support and will be good combo for both i5?

The Summary of PC its looking like this right now
CPU: One of these 2 badboys
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4G (Gaming)
MB: Asrock H97 Pro4
RAM: 1x8GB Kingston HyperX Blue @ 1600 (i will later change to 2x8GB)
HDD: 1TB
SSD: dont have money for that right now.
PSU: Dont have right now

Hoping for stable 50-60fps in most new games, (GTA 5, BF4, FarCry Primal, Witcher 3, etc)
on 1920x1080p

see if you can find a XFX TS 650W 80+ gold, I see one for 75 euros in germany, so even if you're not in germany seems like you might be able to get this one in your budget.

the prices I see for the 1070 are $379.99 in the USA, atleast that's what nvidia claims it will be sold for. that's about $50 more then the 970 launched for.
well since you're not overclocking; that rig looks like it will draw a max of 400W, multiple 400 by 1.33 and round up to the nearest 50 and you get 550W. I would probably round up to 600W just for the overkill, but you definately could get away with a 550W psu if you wanted to and the price was right.

grab yourself a 550W-600W unit from tier 1 or 2 on this list http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html#xtor=EPR-8886

As for cpus, they're both haswell chips, just the 4690 has been binned better. Up to you to decide if the extra 200mhz of clock speed on the i5-4960 is worth the extra cost.
