Hello. Today I've decided to come to this forums and ask for some help due to the fact I can't find the issue within my GPU. At first I though it was my CPU, thinking it was incorrectly mounted, but after some research and consulting my benchmarks within the computer it wasn't the CPU because it was functioning correctly and the temperature was great. So it was the GPU.
UPDATE: Whenever I started a game like CS:GO the memory and core go up. Core 540 MHz and Memory 960MHz, this is how they get when a game is iniated or something heavy.
2ND UPDATE: I doubt that my CPU is working incorrectly but a game such as CS:GO it doesn't require huge performance, due to the fact that this CPU can't reach 2500 - 3100 MHz. Here's a link to help if you need -->http://www.notebookcheck.net/Intel-Core-i7-6500U-Notebook-Processor.149431.0.html
3RD UPDATE: Forgot to the add that this laptop has an insurance for 5 years, meaning I won't open even the problem is inside, if it is then I'll take advantage of the insurance and switch for a new one but I prefer to get help because I have alot of things in this computer and it would be a pain in the ass to install all again
Now the story..
This happend 6 months ago when I bought the laptop, so basically it's brand new. I was being able to play everything correctly with good FPS (e.g 60-200), no lags/breaks nothing out of the ordinary. Until one day I got home from school and wanted to play and noticed a huge decrease of FPS in my computer. At first I though it was a virus or malware so I tried everything to find it and deleted it, couldn't, so I decided to format the laptop..
After the format, it was working like a charm and now this week, it happend the same thing.. From the day to the other it started decreasing the FPS and I went on to find out what the hell was going on, and I found it.. It was my GPU, because the Clocks are very low. The only thing that is good within the GPU is the temperature. Here are some screenshots and links to show you what I mean.

The CPU runs correctly when I started a game, it gives out max performance, but now the GPU it doesn't. I have tried to tweak with it with MSI Afterburner, the clock or memory wouldn't even move. I need your help guys, if this has happend to anyone and was able to fix, please tell me!

Intel Core i7-6500U CPU 2.50GHz, Turbo up to 3.1GHz
RAM 16G
NVIDIA GeForce 940M Series 4G added onto it (controler version 353.54. Between, I have a question here. Should I uprade the driver to the newest one, 365? Probably it could fix the situation)
Memory 1TB
Operative System Windows 10, 64-bit
