Will it be worth getting the gtx 1070 when it releases

I have a gtx 960 right now and i want to know if it will be worth getting a gtx 1070 by selling the gtx 960. My main reason to ask this is because i know my mobo and my processor will bottleneck the graphics card,I have a i3 2120 and a dell 0gdg8y mobo.So should i get the graphics card or should i upgrade my mobo/processor.I will wait till the launch of the gtx 1070 to get more details of the card but for now what is the most logical thing to do upgrade gpu or upgrade mobo/processor

Seems to me like you answered your own question: you are itching to upgrade the GPU but lack the CPU power to fully justify that upgrade, so it makes more sense to upgrade the CPU/MoBo/RAM first and get more out of your GTX960 for the time being. By the time you are ready to commit for the GPU upgrade, the GTX1060 might be announced and give you one more option to consider.

I would just buy an i7-2600K ot 2600 second hand as they should be pretty cheap and will definitely not bottleneck the 1070.
