Title says it all. I need a new pc for 1000€ (finnish euros) or less. I would like it to have good upgrading capability and/or overclocking capability (but no FX processors, because of poor single-threaded performance and huge amounts of power consumption), and a good mobo and PSU. I would not like to go over my budget by a lot, only by 20-40€. I'm open to any processor and GPU so anything goes if it's good :D

EDIT: Budget is in finnish euros. (The prices are quite high here..)

I appreciate your answer, but it costs too much. Prices are too high here in Finland, so I can't afford it. Thanks anyway :)
