Hey guys today I taken out the whole components out the cabinet and cleaned it, it was very dusty so till that everything is ok and when I reinserted all the components still it was ok I used my pc fine since then but only one problem I have is that I have no thermal paste with me and my pc was working without that and the previous paste is dried since 2 years, Now when I start my pc is restarts on its own and never boots just shows up the mobo logo and restarts I have tried going into the BIOS setup it there the CPU Temp is about 75-80 Degree celcius, I guess due to the temp it is restarting? Please help me guys about what to do here.

I want my pc to get work ASAP otherwise my gaming channel will go down without the gaming pc sadly
