So I connected my android phone to my desktop PC to rename and move some pictures. I wanted to create a folder on my phone using my PC, but after creating the folder windows explorer crashed. I've also had this problem before on my laptop too. I went on some Windows's related forms saying that this is Microsoft's problem and it has not been fixed. Is this true, is anyone else having this problem? All I want is to rename folders on my phone without Windows explorer crashing.
