on my h97-d3h motherboard from gigabyte, i put my cpu clock ratio to x47. im not sure if that automatically disables intel speedstep and intel turbo boost technology because on cpuz it constantly says 4698.90mhz on 1.2v. i couldnt physically disable intel speedstep because i could not find it in the bios settings. i went everywhere, even the advanced cpu options.
