Short answer no. You need to understand nvida manipulate information that gpu will not be so powerful as they claim. On thease benchmarks they shown lara croft and bench mark of 1080 and 980! This mean they mach 4gb 980 to 8bg ram gpu. I take new with little cold water diffrence between titan and 1080 will be 5-10fps. So not much.

No, it won't bottleneck. An i5 can pretty much handle any GPU, 2nd GEN and older might see a few hiccups. But your 4690k will be fine
