Hello All,

I am in possession of a brand new (unopened) Gigabyte B85M mATX Motherboard that I bought from a friend for $20. I also am in possession of a 1080p 48" Sony TV in our living room. I need/want a HTPC for the living room. I want it to be able to connect to our home network, receive television service form our cable provider, handle Blue-Ray, and do Steam In-Home Streaming from my gaming computer upstairs. I have no problem with building this/these individually as I have built computers in the past. I have a budget of $400, so fire away.

Requirements Are:
Quiet-Ish operation (not crucial)
Decent looking
A small SSD for system files and quiet operation
A blue ray drive/bay
A larger hard drive for bulk storage
Wireless Card

For this I have a build in mind but need your input. Check it out here: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/gnbKJx

You will notice I am going to use the Ceton Corp InfiniTV 4. I want this for cable capabilities and low price. I don't need it's successor, the InfiniTV 6. I have no use for 6 tuners.

I am also in possession of 3 other 720p Samsung 32" TVs. For these I would like small PC's for cable television and wireless capability. These will not use streaming, so they don't have to be fast, just graphically capable. I have a budget of $200 each for these.

Requirements:
Wireless Ready
Small form factor
720p capable
USB port for an external DVD drive
Decent Looking

Thanks in advance,

Tech geek 15 year old.

Everything looks fine in your main, except for a few things. I changed out the SSD for a Corsair one which is faster. I added in a Blue-Ray / DVD / CD read and writer. Finally I changed your Wireless Adapter for a TP-Link one that is more reliable and won't cut out as much.

Your other systems were a bit... trickier. I went with an APU from AMD, as I knew the motherboard and it would be cheaper than Intel. Grabbed an Arctic cooler which will fit in the case. Only 4GB of Ram, as you said it will not be streaming. I only put a 160GB hard drive as you said it is mainly for watching video, not storing files. Picked an AMD fan-less graphics card that can crossfire with the APU. I believe the case is a good find, most reviews online say they enjoy it. Finally, a TP-Link wireless card. Hope I covered everything!
