basically the case came with the fans rigged to a connector which i think is called a molex which i then connect to another molex and too my power supply is this a problem or is it meant to be like this the case i got was a NZXT CA-S340MB-GB Source 350 Midi-Tower Case - Blue im very happy with it and im guessing this is how this is normal as it seems to be how the makers of the case want you to set up your fans i also have 2 intake fans which i cant even see there rpm in hw monitor the 2 i listed came with the case and were pre installed and setup in this manor is this setup ok its not loud either very quiet tbh quieter than my old case and that only had 2 case fans

It's somewhat odd to me that your computer is detecting fans that are running off of your PSU and not off of your motherboard, but yes that sounds fine. As long as you don't have any overheating issues that sounds just dandy.
