I may swap an older GPU for some RAM to add to my machine. Here's my rig.

The RAM I would get is 1866 Gskill sniper series DDR3. My mobo only takes 1600 so my current RAM already downclocked. Dual channel means the pairs should be fine, right?
Or am I better off asking for cash for my old GPU and just buying the same RAM as my old one?
