Gaming pc under 60-70k INR

Hello everyone my name is Pranshu Bharadwaj. I am starting a youtube channel I want to know the things which i would be needed to start it. Currently I m having a laptop .It is a HP probook 4540s it has i5 3210m @2.5Ghz and integrated intel hd 4000 and 8 gigs of ram with logitech g800 mmo mouse.
I would be really glad if someone can please provide me a pc specs under that range with a monitor keyboard and a headset and something else which i would be needed to start a youtube channel

Are you willing to build your own PC? its tons of fun, and is not a hard thing too do, especially with aal the resources we have today, such as YouTube. Its also cheaper for a much better rig, typically.

Yes i m willing to assemble my own pc. You said well i learned assembling of pc from youtube.
