Ive just built a computer and have booted it up and downloaded windows 10 on it via usb. i dont have a disc reader as ive watched a few vids on building and they have said to download them from the actual website so you can avoid all the bundle stuff. anyways im just having some trouble finding all the drivers and if ive downloaded the right ones(ive only downloaded a few so far)

my build is
Kingston Hyperxfury 8gb ram.
AMD-Asus 2GB R9 380 STRIX OC PCI-E VGA Card (by the way this has a DVI and a DVID port, does this mean they guy gave me a different model when i bought it)
GIGABYTE AM3+ GA-990FX-GAMING
AMD FX-6300 3.5Ghz 6-Core
oh and could you also help me find all the system monitoring tools and fan control tools and overclocking tools, that would be great thanks and i need a network/ethernet driver as well(it came with killer ethernet installed on motherboard)

PS. when i booted my PC it was all green and after i installed windows 10 via usb it was still green but my screen is not fully green as i can see the text and stuff(barely, while my eyes are hurting)
is it because all my drivers aren't all installed yet. Oh and my graphics card has a white led on, does this mean there is something wrong with it? well anyway lastly im pretty sure its not the monitor itself as i used it before with my laptop using VGA though. maybe its the cable as it was from dodgy msy and somehow was only $4.

You should find all the motherboard drivers from this motherboard product page.

GA-990FX-GAMING Driver downloads

And if more drivers are needed, SlimDrivers should find them for you. Just disable all its automatic functions or remove the program after using it.

The green display is probably due to bad video cable or deficient cable connection... the only times I had a green haze on screen was caused by lose video cable attachment to monitor or video port.

here is the link for the drivers. There are 3 drivers for your gpu , i have installed the lastest one i.e 16.5.1 and its good. ( http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+10+-+64 ) Note , these drivers are for r9 300 series windows 10 64 bit. (( Un-check the gaming evolved app from the list when you are installing the drivers , it hangs the installation and sometimes fails to install)) I dont think there are any other vital drivers left though ofc except the motherboard drivers , you installed them right?

The best fan control tool is the BIOS itself.. in the Power Saving settings; download the motherboard PDF user manual to learn what settings to tweak.
