I Think My PSU is broken PLEASE HELP

My computer has been restarting randomly while I have been using it (mainly gaming) and i downloaded CPUID HWmonitor to check power and I got this for the mobo
+3.3V = 2.004V
+5v = 3.407V
-12v = -7.056V
-5V = -6.000V
+5V VCCH = 2.882V

Please if you can help tell me if this is normal/not normal and what I can do

**********UPDATE**********
I downloaded another monitor and it is saying normal voltages so I don't know ??

Thanks smorizio I downloaded that one, I'm a bit lost on how to use it though, I turned on sensors and looked at the voltages and they matched up to what you said so is that it ??
If it is that doesn't solve the problem though.. but thanks for the help :)

in hardware info there three lines. one is current voltage read..the other is max and min. make sure the min and real time voltage read are fine. with a power supply run prime95 or a game something that load the video card..see if it shuts down under load.
