Which is better at 1440p and 2160p gaming? R9 390 or R9 390X or GTX 980 (non ti) ? Help!!!!

I do not expect very high fps like 60, for me 30+fps on 1440p and 2160p is enough with medium setting. With my budget, there is no chance of gtx 980ti , r9 fury x, r9 295x...etc.,.
I can only decide between:
R9 390 (preferably), r9 390x , gtx 980.
Help me out guys......
Any benchmarks???

You would want to go with either of the R9s. Higher resolutions require more vram. 980 only provides 4GB which runs out for some newer games at high settings.

The R9 390 represents the most bang for your buck. The GTX 980 is the most powerful card, but it's expensive and not good value for money.
