I have been on basically every website you can think of trying to fix this problem now for 2+ days for hours on end with no luck.To be honest I'm starting to get discouraged,I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game (tales of zestiria) I've tried uninstalling and installing Microsoft visuals,direct x etc still absolutely no luck.What's really strange about all this is this game was working matter of fact I actually had the error before and manually fixed it by deleting all d3dx9 dll files in sys 32 and syswow 64 and manually replacing them and It worked but I didn't play the game for a few days then when I went back to try and play it low and behold the same damn error.I do not want to do a fresh install of windows if I can really help it I've already had to do that multiple times lately to fix other problems.if anyone can help or bring new light to the situation it would be greatly appreciated. OS- Windows 7 ultimate 64-bit
