How to use Tor in China without VPN?

OK so currently I live in a <<edited by moderator>> country called China, it blocks all websites and services, even Tor cannot work, even with relay bridges, it can be used with VPN, but are there any way to use it directly?

I'm not going to do anything illegal, problem is you cannot do anything including legal ones in this hell country.

Thank you, I checked TOR document and it just say China blocks Tor, but there's not anything say it's illegal.

If they were OK with using it, they would not be blocking it. If they are blocking it, getting around the block I'm sure violates some law. If it's OK to use there, why would they be blocking it?

This 3rd-world country block everything, you cannot use anything without VPN such as google, youtube, facebook, etc.

Correct, and using that VPN can get you in trouble if caught, if they feel like going after you for it. They block it to keep the people from getting outside ideas that could undermine what the government states is happening or how things are. Not right or fair, but that is the law of the land there.
