AMD Catalyst auto detecting wrong GPU HELP!

So I had an issue yesterday where Windows 10 stopped detecting my GPU, I tried to reinstall the driver from the AMD website but it auto detects my GPU as Radeon HD 7xxx series PCIe when I actually have a r9 280x vapour x GPU. I have tried manually installing the driver as well but it doesn't work and under device manager I have listed Intel HD Graphics 4600 and Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. Can anyone please help?

First use this: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Then manually install the latest driver from AMD.
