i think you need to state that he needs to click on the latest ddu.
the steps you mentioned are after installing the program

i was thinking to buy an antivirus . shall i get the eset nod32 smart security 9 or avg 2016 edition . which is best and won't make my pc slow ? i heard anout bitdefender 2016 and i have also used the free version its quite good

Get Avast if you want a free edition. Kaspersky and Bitdefender are the best to buy.
Also, get Malwarebytes, start the 15 day trial and do a full scan.(yes you need both an antivirus and malwarebytes)

I may be wrong here, but, are you sure you're not using pirated copies?

Did you COMPLETELY clean out your old drivers using DDU? You're being ignorant to the fact that it could be your drivers. And I can personally say Avast! is very good. Found 27 viruses that Windows Defender could not. That's for the free version as well.

Pirated? :p
